THERE IS A NATIONAL PARK WITH A CASTLE AND

LOTS OF SHOPS. WE BOUGHT SOUVENIRS AND

CLOTHES AT PENNY AND NIKE STORE

"Chiqui chiqui" and they danced on stage.
We danced the "Macarena". Aura asked for
"Ella, ella". We were there from 8 to 11
on Friday.

SWIMMING AND ENJOYING THE WILDLIFE

The students really liked this excursion. We went by boat and then with a Zodiac. Nobody lives on the island, it is said that it is haunted.

We swam with seals! That was a fantastic experience. A photo with the boys throwing stones into water.

IRELAND 2008 DERRYNANE PARK

Derrynane House was the ancestral home of Daniel O'Connell, the Irish statesman who played an important role in gaining Catholic Emancipation in 1829. Today some 120 hectares of the lands of Derrynane, together with Derrynane House, make up Derrynane National Historic Park. Plantations and garden walks were laid out in the 18th and 19th centuries, principally north and west of the house. The main area of the gardens, set inland and to the north of the house, can be reached through a tunnel under the road. We walked a lot but it is a nice easy walk where you can see a lot of different beaches and we ended up on the main beach where we ran and played in the sand. The girls wrote love on the sand and draw a heart, the boys jumped up and down all the time. We were very cold after our water experience and we had hot chocolate in a pub.

SWIMMING IN VALENTIA ISLAND

Nil, Edgar, Josep Lluís and Guille went down a mountain to swim in the Atlantic Ocean. The water was cold but they had a great time!

Seasmus took us to Valentia Island to visit the cliffs. They are amazing, we really enjoyed it in spite of the mist.
